Marina Simone Brands – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users, subscribers, and purchasers of any products, services, or memberships offered by Marina Simone, Moms and Heels, or any affiliated brand. This includes but is not limited to: Brand Me On Demand, Marina On Demand, Posting for Profits, Messy to Millions, Concierge Services, and all live or recorded workshops, academies, memberships, and events. By accessing or purchasing from any of Marina Simone’s websites or platforms, you agree to these Terms in full.

All purchases are for individual use only. The materials provided within these programs may not be shared, resold, distributed, repurposed, recorded, or broadcast without prior written consent. Unauthorized use or sharing of program content may result in account termination without refund and potential legal action. Access to content is non-transferable and is intended solely for the original purchaser.

Programs and services are available on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis. By enrolling in any subscription-based service, you authorize recurring billing to your preferred payment method based on the terms selected at checkout. For lifetime access plans, full payment must be received before access is granted. If you select a lifetime payment plan, access will begin once your final payment is successfully processed. Missed or failed payments may result in access being revoked.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are only considered processed once confirmed by our support team. Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

Active membership grants access to any included course materials, live trainings, replays, digital resources, and private communities such as Facebook groups, as outlined in each program. Once a subscription ends or a payment fails, all access to program content, communities, and replays will be revoked. We reserve the right to modify or remove any community feature or bonus content without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring your contact and billing information remains up to date. Marina Simone and her affiliates are not responsible for service interruptions due to user error, technical incompatibility, or third-party outages. Access delays caused by platform updates or technical maintenance do not qualify for refunds.

We collect personal information including your name, email address, and payment details in order to process your registration and deliver services. Your information is stored securely and never sold or shared without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about how your data is used and protected.

If you are enrolled in an affiliate or referral program with Marina Simone, commissions are paid based on qualified referrals only. Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the affiliate system may result in revoked commissions and termination from the program. We reserve the right to modify commission structures and participation requirements at any time.

All materials, including but not limited to videos, frameworks, coaching content, and written documents, are the intellectual property of Marina Simone, Moms and Heels, or their approved partners. You may not reproduce or use any part of these materials beyond your own personal, educational use.

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully within all programs, events, communities, and interactions tied to Marina Simone’s brand. Harassment, hate speech, and disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from programs and communities without refund. We reserve the right to terminate access at our discretion for any breach of these behavioral expectations.

While we showcase real success stories, Marina Simone makes no guarantees of income or business growth. Your results will vary depending on your industry, consistency, offer, audience, and implementation. We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or claims that arise from your participation in our programs or use of our services.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution first by contacting our support team at [email protected]. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved through binding arbitration.
