Marina Simone Brands - Code of Conduct

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

This Code of Conduct applies to all clients, community members, participants, subscribers, and users engaging with Marina Simone, Moms and Heels, and all affiliated brands, including but not limited to: Brand Me On Demand, Posting for Profits, Marina On Demand, Messy to Millions, Concierge Services, and any coaching programs, workshops, live events, or digital platforms.

By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs or platforms, you agree to uphold the standards outlined below. We are committed to creating bold, safe, empowering spaces for growth and leadership. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines without refund.

1. Be Respectful and Professional

Treat others with respect at all times. Disrespectful, disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated in any space, including live calls, Facebook™ groups, chats, or DMs. This includes hate speech, bullying, spamming, or toxic conduct.

2. Hold Confidentiality Sacred

What is shared in our communities stays in our communities. Do not record, copy, repurpose, or share anyone else’s story, struggles, ideas, screenshots, or personal breakthroughs without permission. Breaching confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal.

3. Show Up with Integrity

Do not pretend to be someone else, impersonate a team member, or use false information to access programs. Respect the terms of your enrollment. Sharing logins, content, or coaching materials with non-paying individuals violates our terms and will result in revoked access.

4. Protect the Energy of the Space

We are here to build, not tear down. This is a space for encouragement, honest questions, and aligned feedback. If you don’t agree with something, do so respectfully or disengage. Repeated negativity, complaining, or aggressive language will not be allowed.

5. Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Solicitation

You may not use our platforms to pitch your business, DM members unsolicited, or recruit for other companies, coaching offers, or services. Solicitation, spamming, or promoting your own products without written permission is a direct violation of our terms.

6. Follow the Program Structure

Attend sessions, complete modules, engage with intention. Our programs are structured for results. Stay within the guidelines and timelines provided to maximize your outcomes and honor the community.

7. Take Responsibility for Your Experience

Your results are your responsibility. We provide tools, coaching, and strategy — but implementation and integrity are on you. If you have questions or need support, use the appropriate channels (like [email protected]).

By participating in our spaces, you agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in restricted access, removal from communities, or permanent banning from future programs. No refunds will be issued for violations of this policy.
